Certificates must be current and include all required information (seller/vendor name, address, signature, and date).

How to Upload Your Certificate:

1. Enter your Customer ID and then click the “Upload Certificate” button and follow the on-screen prompt.
   
2. Select the appropriate exemption certificate for your business or organization.
   
3. Follow the prompts to complete the certificate.
   • For certain states (e.g., FL, LA, MS, TN, AK, DC, ME, PR, WA), please upload the state-issued resale/exemption certificate.
   • Supported file formats are: bmp, jpeg, png and pdf.
     
4. Complete all required fields, ensuring the certificate is signed and dated.
